Thanks to a recent trip to Dallas my theme of country-esque images continues. I shot these spurs with – yes – my iPhone. No filter.
Main Street and Griffin in Dallas, Texas. Not a cowboy in sight.
I see this man every morning on my way into work. He’s one of many who set up shop on the street corners that they’ve claim as their own. Even on the coldest mornings, when others have decided to take the day off, this man is out on his corner with his trusted companion swaddle in multiple layers of dog coats and blankets, successfully tugging at commuters heart strings – mine included.
Sometimes the most random things pop up and beg for attention. Snapped this one while we were stopped at a red light.
Shot with: iPhone5, Photoshop Express App – Pinhole Filter
You know you’ve been in the store too long when the flashy cowboy boots start looking good for everyday use. Snapped with iPhone5, no filter….
Found a Zoltar while in the US recently. Obviously I wished to be Big…
War Memorial in Ottawa. #LestWeForget
To me this shot captures the crazy energy on stage at a recent Killers concert.
Here’s a quick snap I took of the library at Canadian Parliament. I used Photoshop to invert the image as I wanted to make the sky look ominous. Overall I love the look – something from a horror movie. Fitting as Halloween approaches!
Remember when phones looked like this?
