I popped over to the Ogdensberg, NY this weekend and these beauties were “parked” in the parking lot. I don’t know about you, but as a city a girl I am fascinated by horses and couldn’t resist snapping a pic.

It’s good to see that at least some of the Amish bundle their horses up so that they don’t get overwhelmed by the elements. These horses look like they are in better condition than most of the Amish horses.
Yea, I know what you mean about feeling bad for animals that work so hard to do what humans ask.
I’m glad you snapped that photo of those horses. It made me smile.

They did look well cared for. I saw another one a little later with no coat. It was a mild day, but still made me sad.
